Turkana Central MP Ekwe Ethuro yesterday said he will continue to champion the rights of the pastoral communities despite his recent arrest on allegations of incitement. Ethuro said he is angry that he was arrested for fighting for the rights of the less privileged and marginalised. He said will champion for the rights of the pastoralists people in Parliament and in rallies. The MP was speaking at the Isiolo Catholic Mission where he presided over the Kenya Pastoralists week.
