TESO NORTH MP Arthur Odera yesterday denied that newly elected CDF chairman Sammy Ikwaras was his chief campaigner ahead of the March 4 polls. Odera also denied having presided over the election at Amagoro DIDC Hall in Teso on Wednesday. He said the poll was overseen by the acting CDF manager Philip Dida.
