AN appeal filed by the Tanzania National Roads Agency over the enforcement of bank guarantees in a botched road contract was yesterday adjourned. The Court of Appeal failed to proceed with the matter as the papers filed by the agency are not clear and some documents are missing. The court consequently directed the company to file supplementary documents before the hearing of the case next year.
