FORTY four people survived death narrowly on Thursday night when the bus they were travelling in lost control before landing in a ditch in Malaba. The bus was heading to Nairobi from Mbale, Uganda when the accident occurred. Nobody was injured. Passengers blamed the accident on the driver who they accused of speeding. But the a manager of the bus company Mohamed Ahmed put the blame on the many potholes that dot the road going to Malaba town.
