THE government is working on measures to deal with the maize disease that has affected Narok and Bomet. Agriculture Secretary Felix Kosgey said his ministry is exploring ways of tackling the lethal necrosis disease by developing three maize varieties that are resistant to the disease. He was speaking in Narok County after he toured the farms affected by the disease on Saturday.
