Health officials in Cheptais district, Bungoma county have raised an alarm over an outbreak of measles. Blood samples of three children from Kopsiro division sent to Kenya Medical Research Institute in Nairobi for tests and analysis turned out to be positive. District Medical Officer of Health Stephen Ondusu yesterday said they have notified ministry officials of the outbreak, which they fear may spread.
