Kiminini MP Chris Wamalwa has said the National Assembly is superior to the Senate because it is the Upper House. He said according to the constitution, if the President is incapacitated, the Deputy President takes over and if the deputy is in the same condition, the speaker of the National Assembly takes charge of the country. Wamalwa was addressing mourners at his constituency on Saturday during the burial of Eliud Barasa, a Transitional Authority employee who was shot dead in Nairobi.
