Phone calls may link state spy to Tana Delta clashes

TELEPHONE communications by deputy intelligence coordinator in Kwale Guyo Rashid Ramadhan at the heart of Tana River clashes may link him to the skirmishes. This came out during his cross examination by Tana Delta commission of inquiry’s assistant counsel Wamuti Ndegwa in Mombasa yesterday.
