Siaya four sentenced to death for robbery

FOUR people have been sentenced to death by a Siaya court in two robbery with violence cases. In the first case, Aggrey Otieno, Bernard Ouma and Patrick Omondi were sentenced to death after they robbed Kenneth Ouma at Ulamba. The trio waylaid Ouma who had gone to a nearby shop and robbed him off a Nokia phone valued at Sh5,500, Sh6,000 and a Sh200 torch. The accused cut Ouma on the jaw with a panga and disappeared into the darkness. Ouma was rushed to the nearby Siaya District Hospital by neighbours who responded to his cries...
