Education assistant minister Patrick Olweny has asked parents to ensure that school going children enroll and complete their basic education. Olweny said this will allow for an early identification and nurturing of talents. Olweny was speaking yesterday during the official opening of the second phase of Mcedo Beijing school in Mathare.
