An 86-year-old man's bid to eject his ex-wife and children from an acre plot in Kerugoya has been rejected by the court. Three appellate judges said Peter Mwenda Njagi should be grateful that his act of bequeathing the portion to his wife and children saved it from being sold. The judges added that Njagi failed to prove allegations that his former wife Margaret Wambui and the children obtained the parcel fraudulently.
