Riddle of dead mother who voted on March 4

A witness in a case challenging the election of Kasipul MP Oyugi Magwanga could not confirm whether his deceased mother voted in the March 4 election. Leonard Arogo however confirmed that his mother registered as a voter. “I am the one who took my mother to the Kotieno Primary School centre where she was registered.
