GOVERNORS have reacted angrily over secretary to the cabinet Francis Kimemia’s statement on President Uhuru Kenyatta's appraisal of governors. The chairman of governor’s summit Isaac Rutto dismissed the statement saying Kimemia spoke out of ignorance. Rutto said the governors summit was not meant to provide a platform for governors to check on devolved governments.
