WIPER democratic party governor candidate Suleiman Shahbal has said ballot boxes in the Mombasa governor election were stuffed to hand Hassan Joho a win. Shahbal who was testifying as the first witness in an election petition he filed challenging Joho's election said the election was marred with irregularities. “Ballot stuffing allowed Joho's win. My votes were removed from the boxes and replaced with those of Joho,” said Shahbal.
