A shortlisted nominee failed to turn up as others appeared without their academic certificates during the vetting process to pick a member for the County Assembly service board yesterday. The County Assembly vetting panel chaired by speaker Alex Magelo took the nominees to task over their experience in public service. Magelo sought to find out their knowledge on the role and function of the assembly in the devolved system of government.
