A parliamentary committee has questioned the Commission for the Implementation of the Constitution's huge budgetary expenditure in advertisement. The Justice and Legal Affairs Committee accused the commission of engaging in wasteful spending in advertising. Committee chair by Samuel Chepkonga said CIC spent Sh59 million in public advertising last year.
