A Kibera court has adjourned a case in which former Nairobi town clerk Philip Kisia is charged over dumping of garbage. Speaking in court yesterday , Kisia's lawyer John Abour told senior principal magistrate Daniel Ochenja that a case filed at the High Court to stop the prosecution of the former town clerk is ongoing. Abuor asked for another date for them to give the court an update on the proceedings at the High Court. Kisia has been taken to court by the National Environmental Management Authority.
