Court dismisses Aladwa's plea on Makadara ballot boxes

An application seeking to have ballot boxes adduced in court in a case challenging the election of Ben Mutura as Makadara MP has been dismissed. High Court judge Richard Mwongo ruled that ballot boxes need not necessarily always be availed for every petition.
