The second largest mobile operator, Airtel Kenya, has taken a new strategy to offer services depending on how much customers spend on the network, giving lower spenders second priority . The company has launched a new 'Premier Club' service hoping to net high spenders on its network and increase subscriber's spend on the network. The Premier service will offer the top 1 per cent customers by usage on both pre-paid and post paid priority access to its network. They will also get precedence on the call centers and Airtel shops.
