MAJORITY Chief Whip Katoo ole Metito will today deliver a statement on why former PM Raila Odinga was barred from accessing the VIP Lounge at JKIA. Katoo will explain to the National Assembly whether the order to bar Raila from the facility was issued by the Secretary to the Cabinet Francis Kimemia. The statement was requested by MPs Nicholas Gumbo and John Mbadi.
