MPs yesterday urged the court to dismiss a petition seeking to have them pay taxes. The 218 MPs, the clerk and the Speaker of the National Assembly through lawyer Ochieng Odoul urged the court to uphold the wide margin given to the executive on issues of tax adding that the petition is misconceived.
