THE National Council for Persons with Disabilities and the Ministry of Health have been ordered to hold talks on how a special census on persons living with albinism will be done. The Albinism Society of Kenya and NCPB agreed that the process undertaken on June 24 and July 5 was not a census but a survey of persons with albinism who require sunscreen lotion. High Cour judge David Majanja said the council, the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Health should also discuss the rights of persons living with albinism.
