THE Kenya Union of Post Primary Education Teachers yesterday formally signed a Sh16.2 billion deal with government. Education Secretary Jacob Kaimenyi described the deal by Kuppet as "selfless" and "for the sake of the children of Kenya". “I am very excited and happy with this deal because it is going to benefit every teacher. A teacher is a teacher,” Kaimenyi said. He asked Knut to respect the court ruling and enter talks with the government.
