THE Bomet Senator Wilfred Lesan’s call to teachers to stop their strike and resume work has been dismissed by Knut officials. The Bomet county officials yesterday asked Lesan to keep off the strike and stop meddling in teachers affairs in the guise of looking out for the children’s welfare. Addressing the press in Bomet town, the officials led by the union’s county executive secretary Malel Langat said the senator’s criticism of the teachers was uncalled for.
