Judges asked to quash death sentence over robbery

The High Court has been asked to quash death sentence imposed to a young man charged with robbery with violence five years ago. Lawyer John Swaka told justices Fred Ochieng and Lydia Achode that that the prosecution did not prove a case against his client Nicholars Okoth. He said the prosecution witnesses gave contradictory and inconsistent evidence.
