PRIME Minister Raila Odinga has asked aspirants for the Siaya governor's seat to freely contest against his elder brother Oburu Oginga. Speaking in Bondo constituency on Christmas Day, the PM said allegations that Oburu may receive a direct ODM nomination are untrue.
