The body of a 51-year-old woman has been found in Gitambi village in Kigumo, Murang’a county. Central Province AP commandant Joseph Keitany said Charity Waithera Mwangi's body was found in her house. He said the body had serious multiple cuts to the head. Keitany said the deceased body was discovered by a neighbour Loise Wanjiru who alerted APs from Gatumbi camp. Keitany said his men and the Kigumo OCS visited the scene and removed the body to Githumu Mission Hospital morgue.
