MPs could be locked out of the running of the Constituencies Development Fund if a new bill published two weeks ago is passed in its current form. The bill, which seeks to repeal and replace the CDF Act of 2007, leaves out MPs from the CDF committees and does away with the National Assembly’s Constituency Development Committee.
