The High Court has directed that a case involving the purchase of a piece of land for Kenya's embassy in Japan proceed and declined to allow the state more time. State counsels from the office of the DPP, Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission and the AG had asked for 21 days to peruse the documents before filing their response. Justice David Majanja declined saying the respondents were taking too long.
