THREE Othaya parliamentary aspirants attended a church service together on Sunday. In a show of unity, Peter King’ara, Mary Wambui and Gichuki Mugambi attended a family day church service at Birithia Catholic Church. They were invited to the pulpit by the priest who prayed for them. It was the first time they were seen together in one function since they announced their candidature. The aspirants have been criticising each other in campaigns. However, when they were given a chance to speak, they were reconciliatory.
