ENVIRONMENT minister Chirau Ali Mwakwere has urged Coast residents to vote wisely in the March 4 polls. He said Coast has been marginalised because of lack of leaders who champion their rights at the national level. Speaking on the phone yesterday, Mwakwere said the Jubilee coalition will form the next government.
