PUMP prices are likely to rise by a wider margin tomorrow compared to the previous month when the Energy Regulatory Commission factors in the 1.5 per cent import levy announced introduced in the new budget. The pump prices announced by the ERC every mid-month takes into consideration the exchange rate of the shilling against the dollar and prices of international crude oil.
