Kenya enters into the New Year with some of the issues in the four-item reform agenda agreed between President Kibaki and PM Raila Odinga five years ago still pending. Although some of the issues agreed on February 1, 2008 under the mediation of former UN boss Kofi been realised, a number of them remain a reminder of the collective failure of the nation.
