GOVERNMENT Chief Whip Jakoyo Midiwo yesterday claimed Prime Minister Raila Odinga has never earned his salary since assuming office. Raila assumed office in March 2008 at the beginning of the coalition government. The coalition government was formed after the signing of the National accord between President Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga on February 28, 2008.
