Drivers flout rules, says Naivasha cop

Naivasha traffic police boss Roy Njeru has distanced traffic officers from increased road accidents. Njeru said motorists flout traffic rules. He said many vehicles carry excess luggage. “As the police we normally check for overloading of passengers and seat belts.
