A senior manager with Local Authorties Profit Fund was yesterday charged in a Nairobi court with assaulting her junior employee. Joyce Lisanza, LAPF's human resources manager, allegedly assaulted Janet Kakayaya at the ICEA Building in Nairobi's Kenyatta Avenue on December 6 last year. Chief magistrate Kiarie Waweru released Lisanza on Sh10,000 cash bail with a surety of a similar amount.
