Nema roles being devolved to counties

CABINET Secretary for Environment Judi Wakhungu has said Nema has put down mechanisms to hand over five environmental functions to county governments. Wakhungu said counties will be in charge of garbage collection, transportation and disposal, control of noise and air quality.
