FORMER Naivasha MP John Mututho's appointment as Nacada chairman was yesterday endorsed despite a report declaring him unfit to head the agency. MPs in the Parliamentary vetting committee amended a report prepared by the committee on Administration and National Security that had recommended his rejection. The report said Mututho is faces a criminal case and therefore unfit to head Nacada. The MPs said some of them have cases in court and yet they are still serving their positions.
