Columnist Wycliffe Muga penned an interesting piece the other day-on Thursday, November 14, 2013 to be exact. I went through the article three times and decided it would be a journalistic homicide if it went unchallenged. In his column- Do Governors Know what they are doing? Mr Muga questioned why some governors were signing multi- billion MOUs with foreign investors.
