A university administrator from Trans Nzoia County has blamed students who get less than C plus for failing to apply for diploma and certificate courses. Laikipia University Kitale campus Principal Henry Ndalila asked the students who get grade C minus and C plain to apply for diploma courses and advance for degrees after completion of their courses. “This category of students needs to be sensitized because in the past they were perceived as failures, I want to give them hope that they can make it in life” said Ndalila.
