Two suspected car thieves were yesterday arrested on the Nairobi-Nakuru highway. Officers from Naivasha and those from High Patrol cornered the two near Marula farm in Naivasha hours after they had stolen the car from Eastleigh in Nairobi. Police fired in the air several times to stop the fleeing suspects. Pedestrians and motorists fled from the scene as the suspects were arrested. Naivasha police chief Charles Kortok said the car had a tracking device which helped police to trace it. He said the two stolen vehicle and were driving to Nakuru when they were nabbed.
