BUSIA Residents of Namboboto location in Funyula subcounty, Samia district have asked police to arrest a man who raped his 13 year-old daughter a month ago. The executive director of the Butula-based Rural Education and Empowerment Programme, Mary Makokha said the man, who is at large, should be apprehended and taken to court.
