A Dutch investor testified in a case in which a Kenyan man has taken illegal possession of his flats that houses the Criminal Investigative Department officers in Kilifi. Peter Alexander Visser yesterday accused his former real estate company managing director and child hood friend Festus Mutunga of forging documents to take over his properties. The two parties have been engaged in tussle over a flat comprising twelve houses in Mtwapa that has been leased by detectives for seven years.
