A judge who was suspended over integrity issues will know his fate early next year. A three judge bench handling a petition lodged by suspended judge Joseph Mutava is set to issue its decision on January 31, 2014. Advocates acting for the judge, Judicial Service Commission and the Law Society of Kenya concluded their submissions yesterday. They urged High Court judges Mumbi Ngugi, Pauline Nyamweya and George Odunga to consider the materials presented to the court and deliver a fair ruling. Mutava was suspended while serving in Kericho.
