Authorities have warned briefcase contrac- tors to keep off the county. Raods executive Nelson Keshei said some phoney contractors did sub-standard work for the defunt Narok county council. Keshei said the Public Procurement ACT 2005 will be used to vet competent contractors. “The law establishes procedures for efficient public procurement. Contractors who meet the requirement will be awarded tenders.” he said.
