ICC Chief Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda says the court will not entertain politics to interfere with its work. Bensouda says the court had tried its best to stay as a judicial institution but there had been many attempts to politicise the work of the court. "We are a judicial institution but there have been several attempts to politisize the court and that is wrong. It sends the wrong signals to people that the court is political,"said Bensouda. Bensouda said the court would remain a judicial institutions and should be allowed to do its work independently.
