PARLIAMENT has approved the Sh58.8 supplementary budget whose debate was interrupted last week after MPs questioned the constitutionality of the allocations to the county government. The passage of the motion gives the government the power to withdraw Sh58.8 billion from the Consolidated Fund to keep the government going until the next financial year begins in July. Only 15 MPs out of the 30 required to conduct business in the house were present when the motion was passed...
