Suna East MP aspirant Peter Jobando has accused the CDF office of poor performance. Migori does not have constituency offices. Speaking to journalists at a breakfast meeting in a local hotel yesterday, Jobando said the initial plan was to build a two-storey building for the CDF but was later changed to one floor which is yet to be finalised. “The amount was given during the first year of CDF allocation and so far the offices are still under construction. Former MP Owino Likowa and the incumbent John Pesa should come out clear on this matter,” he said.
