A police officer in Teso was yesterday arrested following the killing of a Head- teacher who was shot outside a shop at Moding trading Centre. A vegetable seller said John Wefunya, the principal of Joy Chapman Academy, had just bought some items from her before he went into the shop. “Moments later an officer with a rain coat emerged, ordered everybody to lie down,” she said.
