Ex- Kenya Seed boss sued

A state corporation has sued former Kenya Seed Company boss Nathaniel Tum seeking to stop him from convening an annual general meeting. Agricultural Development Corporation of Kenya wants Tum together with Soet (K) Limited barred from calling or holding the extra ordinary general meeting of shareholders of kenya seed set for December 10. The ADC says the notice of requisitioning for the general meeting is defective and does not comply with provisions of company laws.
